Publishing Ethics

Bilingual Publishing Co. adheres to the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing identified by Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA) and World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), and strictly adheres to the Code of Conduct and the Best Practice Guidelines as stipulated by COPE.
The editors of Journal of International Education and Practice are responsible for ensuring the academic integrity of articles published in the journal, and any misconduct will be dealt with seriously. The misconduct includes (but is not limited to):
Plagiarism
Falsification of research, data fabrication
Affiliation misrepresentation
Submit to multiple journals simultaneously
Breaches in copyright/use of third-party material without appropriate permissions
Undisclosed competing interests
Unethical research

Reviewers are responsible for identifying any potential misconduct during the review. If the reviewers, authors or readers find out that the description in the submitted article may constitute research misconduct or publication malpractice, please inform us via email(contact@bilpublishing.com) and we will deal with it promptly and appropriately according to the procedure set out in the COPE flowchart.

In cases of suspected misconduct and ethical violation, the Editorial Office will investigate the allegation. If the allegation is supported by evidence, the submitted manuscript in question will be declined for consideration in the journal and all authors will be informed in this regard. A retraction initiated by authors or by the journal is required to take place if the paper has already been published, and the retraction will be made public. Authors of the work in question will receive the Panel’s Decision via email and all appeals regarding the decision will have to be made to the Publisher at contact@bilpublishing.com within 28 days of the decision date.

The journal’s policy is primarily to safeguard the rights of authors, reviewers, editors and publishers, and to adhere strictly to the publication ethics.
