Dear Colleagues,
This issue encourages submission of previously unpublished articles on topics of significance to individuals concerned with English language teaching and learning and implementation of 21st century skills in teaching English as a second or foreign language. To represents a variety of cross-disciplinary interests, both theoretical and practical, this issue invites manuscripts on a wide range of topics.
This issue is a focused collections of papers on specific topics, it’s an effective way to communicate current knowledge to experts working in the field and interested readers. This issue provide a venue for research on emerging areas, highlight important sub-disciplines, or describe new cross-disciplinary applications. This issue is led by Editorial Board Members or invited Guest Editors. Qualified scientists are encouraged to organize and guest edit special issues in their expertise areas with the journal.
This issue aims to frequently publish on research topics of English language teaching and learning and implementation of 21st century skills in teaching English as a second or foreign language, etc. The profiles and reputations of the guest editors increase together with the publication of the special issues.
Through this special issue, we aim to enhance the more practical aspects of teaching which can be implanted by work-a-day teachers and practitioners of the field. We welcome researchers from various disciplines to provide interdisciplinary perspectives on the issue's themes and topics. Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing knowledge in this field.

Manuscript Submission Information:
Please visit the Submissions Guidelines page before submitting a manuscript. Submitted papers should be well formatted and use good English. Manuscripts should be submitted online through the online manuscript submission and editorial system. Additionally, please include a cover letter specifying that the manuscript is intended for the Topical Collection "21st Century Skills in Teaching EFL/ESL" when submitting it online. Manuscripts can be submitted until the submission deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal and will be listed together on the Topical Collection website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract can be sent to the Editorial Office fls@bilpubgroup.com for announcement on this website.
The Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in this open access journal is 1600 USD.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a double-blind peer-review process.
