JASR Development Seminars were Successfully Held

We are delighted to announce that on March 1, 2024, the journal coordinator Lesley Lu had a highly productive online meeting with Prof. Qiang Zhang, the Editor-in-Chief of our Journal of Atmospheric Science Research. Prof. Zhang shared numerous strategies with us to enhance our journal's impact within the academic sphere and provided valuable insights on how to boost our journal's global visibility.

Besides, on March 4, 2024, the editorial office have reported the journal status to the Editor-in-Chief Dr. Jianhui Bai, who is from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. During this seminar, they engaged in a comprehensive discussion regarding the present status of our journal and explored various strategies to further amplify its influence.

Throughout the two seminars and under the two Editor-in-Chiefs expert guidance, we have established specific goals for the journal's future growth, such as boosting submission rates, broadening our readership, and enhancing the quality of our publications. We are optimistic that our journal will remain proactive and progress further, ultimately achieving inclusion in additional prestigious databases.
