Recruitment Announcement for Journal of Sustainable Business and Economics Editor-in-Chief

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced editor to serve as the Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Sustainable Business and Economics. As Editor-in-Chief, you will be responsible for overseeing the editorial direction of the journal and ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the editorial team in developing and executing the journal's editorial strategy.
• Oversee the peer review process to ensure that all submissions are evaluated fairly and efficiently.
• Work with authors, reviewers, and editors to revise and improve articles for publication.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production and marketing, to ensure that the journal is produced on time and effectively promoted.
• Attend conferences and other events to promote the journal and build relationships with researchers and scholars in the field.

Requirements:

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in academic publishing.
• Knowledge of current trends and issues in the field of the journal.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with authors, editors, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• A deep commitment to ethical publishing practices and transparency.
