Dear Colleagues,

The research in the special issue can be closely and highlight the innovative application of AI and machine learning in solving ecological problems (such as ecosystem protection, biodiversity monitoring, global change response, etc.), the theme of the special issue can be better aligned with the research scope of the journal.

In addition, the research results of the special issue should emphasize the contribution to ecological theory and practice, rather than just the description of technical methods. The objective is the integration of ecological theory with environmental management methods based on AI, Fuzzy Logic and Machine Learning analytical approach. Due to technological innovations, the ecology is undergoing some of the most fundamental changes nowadays.

Digital technology developments in ecology have enabled countries to overcome the time barrier and enter the software industry world. Worldwide ecology management contributed to achieving economic and social development.

The research purposes were identified within the environmental management study. It quickly becomes apparent that new AI and ML methods in environmental management is distinguished from traditional methods. This AI methods has become an area of research to examine the digital society, which has become an integral part of people's lives worldwide. It has led to shifts in individuals' awareness and facilitated ecological interaction.
