Abstract

The article substantiates the direction of research observed at the intersection of modern textual criticism and the problems of modifying narrative structures characteristic of the 21st century. In this regard, the study of the transformation of literary genres expands theoretical knowledge in the context of the trends of the information age. The article examines the possibilities of using new forms of storytelling in social practice, and the influence of digital communication on the development of the storytelling genre as a popular way of transmitting information and knowledge. Innovations in the genre strategy are revealed, conditioned by the influence of social networks, ideas about a literary work, its language and style. The purpose of the article is to identify modifications of traditional narration in the digital environment and to explore the development trends of modern text structures. The study of the transformation of literary genres on the Internet is relevant for understanding the evolution of literature and ideas about the digitalization of content. The classifications of traditional and digital narratives are considered, and an algorithm for working on a digital story is described. Key attention is paid to the possibility of using one of the types of innovative educational technologies used in social practice and education–Digital Storytelling, with the help of which the storyteller forms the impressions and emotions of the audience they need.
